About Connor

| Interim North Central BC Regional Youth Representative |

I grew up in Prince George, BC and graduated high school in 2015 as an honors student for the majority of my academic years. I have started my first term of the Police and Justice Studies Program at Thompson Rivers University, where I was selected to play Junior Football with the Kamloops Broncos.

I returned home to Prince George to pursue a Carpentry Program and I am a second year Apprentice. I realized carpentry and construction was a better path towards my life's goals as a Firefighter. In both Kamloops and Prince George I played an active role in both communities volunteering and community services.

As a young Métis man, I have always been taught to respect Elders, to honor my family and to have a work and academic ethic that I can be proud of. I take responsibilities as youth role model very seriously. I enjoy sports, work, family and giving back to the community in a meaningful way and in as many ways as possible. I see every opportunity as a chance for improvement, learning, and as stepping stones towards being a strong and proud Métis man as well as building a strong and proud Métis Nation.
